VERY Important Updates!

There are a few changes to the schedule starting TONIGHT

Please Read through ALL information below:

Food for the Bus Ride (Dinner) for Saturday

Please use this link to order food NO LATER than 5p TODAY!!!

We will not be stopping for food, and there is no food available for purchase at Bethel, other than snacks.

Please order food or BRING a dinner for the bus ride!

the food will be delivered at 3:30p on Saturday.

Thursday 9–9–2021

5:45p — all members report to the AUDITORIUM, pit report to the Band Room.
6:00p-7:30p — sectionals around the G wing & lobby (guard in gym if available)
7:30p — 8:30p — Ensemble in the Auditorium
8:30p — dismissed

Friday 9–10–2021

5:45p — all members report to the dungeon dressed “Waist Down” to get your Uniforms on.
6:00p-6:30p — warm up/drill run thru
6:30p — meet football team at Baseball field Gate, march them into the stadium
7:00p — Kickoff — play in stands, perform at Halftime
9:00p — (end of game) march as a unit up the hill, dismissed at the dungeon

Parents — PLEASE be on time to pick up your child after the game ends. I will send a remind out as we are walking up the hill. Better yet — come to the game and cheer us on!

Saturday 9–11–2021

CHANGE:

Bethel does NOT have a Visitors Side Bleachers and will not provide a FULL concession stand (snack stations only)

We will be departing immediately after we perform at Bethel

10:00a (or 11:00am) arrive dressed Waist Down
Drill Rehearsals until lunch
Drill/Music after lunch
3:00p — Run Thru’s
3:30p — load truck and busses — food delivery (details soon)
4:00p — Depart for Bethel HS
5:00p — arrive Bethel, get uniform jackets and hats on, warm up
7:00p — Perform
7:15p —Load truck & busses (possible purchase snacks at Bethel)
7:45p — depart Bethel
8:30p — arrive Stratford, unload, dismissed

Students MUST have a medical release form (parents fill this out) before boarding the bus on Saturday:
