Open House This Week — THURSDAY 9–28–2023
The Band will perform at Open House this week. All students will arrive NO LATER than 5:30a. This is Color Guard & Band & Drumline/Pit. We will set up and begin playing at 5:45p outside the Gym Lobby Entrance. At 6:15 we will move to the side field

Thursday 9–28–2023 — Open House performance — arrive 5:30p

Goal(s) — Fix marching. Make small changes. Fill in Guard Work. Add body moves for band.

MetLife Schedule
October 7 is MetLife — arguably the biggest show of the year.
Here’s the schedule:
10:00a — Report BHS — dressed waist down, rehearsal side field
12p — “snack” break
1:45p — Run Thru’s
2:00p — Load truck & bus — pick up food — Depart for NJ
4:00p — Arrive MetLife — warm up
6:27p — Perform!
7:15p — Awards (MetLife Central — outside the stadium)
7:45p — Depart for Stratford
9:45p — Arrive Stratford, Unload, Dismissal

Calling All NINJAS!
We are in need of 8 students, preferably siblings of our members, to help with the equipment. We call them “Ninjas” as they dress in black, but some people refer to them as “Stagehands”. They would have to be at ALL performances (Football games & Contests) and should be in 7th grade or older.
They can ride the bus with us and will be admitted to all contests/games for free. They are considered members of the band & guard.

Jornada de puertas abiertas esta semana — JUEVES 9–28–2023
La banda actuará en la jornada de puertas abiertas esta semana. Todos los estudiantes llegarán A MÁS TARDE de las 5:30 a.m. Estos son Color Guard, Band y Drumline/Pit. Nos instalaremos y comenzaremos a jugar a las 5:45 p.m. afuera de la entrada del lobby del gimnasio. A las 6:15 nos trasladaremos al campo lateral.

9:45p — Llegada a Stratford, descarga, salida

¡Llamando a todos los NINJAS!
Necesitamos 8 estudiantes, preferiblemente hermanos de nuestros miembros, para ayudar con el equipo. Los llamamos “Ninjas” porque visten de negro, pero algunas personas se refieren a ellos como “Stagehands”. Tendrían que estar en TODAS las presentaciones (juegos y concursos de fútbol) y deberían estar en séptimo grado o más.
Pueden viajar en el autobús con nosotros y serán admitidos a todos los concursos/juegos de forma gratuita. Se les considera miembros de la banda y la guardia.
