All BHS students report 5:45p dressed “Waist Down”.
All students will be dismissed after the game from the band room and parents are asked to pick up their child at approx 9:15p.

11:00a — Report BHS — move equipment to the stadium
4:30p —Run Thru’s
5:00p — Load
5:30p — Depart for Trumbull
6:00p — Arrive Trumbull — Unload/Warm Up
8:00p — Perform
9:30p — Awards, depart for Stratford
10:00p — Arrive Stratford, Dismissal
