Greetings — here’s the scoop — and there’s LOTS of scoop!

Tonight

We will be doing drill tonight. Please bring your coordinate sheets & Instruments. If you lost them, you can print new ones from the links below.

Our goal is to get through parts 1 & 2, and plug in the few students who missed camp.

We will try playing after the drill is done…

Our first performance is NEXT WEEK!

We MUST have good attendance tonight!

The First Competition — September 11

We will be competing at Bethel HS on September 11

the schedule will be as follows:

10a — Report BHS (dressed “Waist Down”) — rehearsals on the side field

12p — lunch

12:30p — more rehearsals

4p — Load Busses & Truck, depart for Bethel (masks on the busses)

5p — Arrive Bethel, Warm Up

7p — Perform

8:30p — Awards

10p — Arrive BHS, unload, dismissal

All sections MUST have a sectional between now and Wednesday, Sept 1

Sept 2 — Full Band on Side Field

SECTIONALS will begin next week — 5p-5:45p on the side field

Sept 8 — Full Band on Side Field

Sept 9 — Full Band in the Stadium, In UNIFORM! Parents invited at 8p to watch the final

Sept 10 — Football Game at BHS — report 6p

Sept 11 — First Band Contest at Bethel HS — Report BHS 10a

Fund Raising

Please stay on top of your fund raising. Emails from the Band Parents will give you updates, but the Ad Book is the big one — sell as many ads as possible!
