A few reminders
Tonight
Tonight is the first “Basics Marching Practice” from 6p — 7:45p on the side field near the tennis courts. If you are “In Town”, please attend!
Please wear athletic shoes (no sandals or flip flops) and bring some water. No masks are required since we are outside.
Mr. Vizzo will run the rehearsal, along with a few other staff members.
There is also a Brass Captional tonight as well…

Marching Basics Starts TONIGHT July 7 from 6p-7:45p at the side field near the tennis courts
Color Guard — every Wednesday 5:30–8:30 @ the side field near the tennis courts
Band Camp (more specific details coming soon) is August 23–27 at BHS side field 7a-4p
Here are the Sectionals (individual sections) and Captional (Full Section) Schedule:
All Sectionals & Captionals will be at BHS near the bike racks to the left of the GYM Lobby entrance.
Trumpet Sectionals: Tuesdays 10am-12pm
Low Brass Sectionals: Thursdays 5:30–7pm
Alto Sax Sectionals: Tuesdays from 12–1:30 (starting July 6th)
Clarinet & Flute Sectionals: Mondays from 10a-11:30a (starting July 12)
Brass Captionals: Every other Wednesday from 4:30–6pm (starting July 7th)
Woodwind Captionals: Thursdays from 12–1:30 (starting July 8th)
Percussion: Saturdays (starting July 10) — Bass Drums 12–1, Tenors 1–2, Snares 2–3 (no Captionals for percussion).
Pit Percussion will resume at Band Camp

Please download your Sheet Music & Play Along Audio file (your part with a click track) here (all first year members should take a 2nd part, or 3rd for the trumpets… the only difference between 1st and 2nd, or 3rd, is how high the notes go).
The show is called “Heroes” and is a tribute to all essential workers from 2020 & 2021.
