Greetings — here’s the news:

Jacket Order

Jackets were ordered on April 19. please expect a 2–3 week delivery time.

Payments

It’s that time of year again. All accounts MUST be settled NOW, please!

Seniors, or any other students, wishing to go to Prom MUST have a ZERO balance before you can receive your ticket (you may still purchase one, on hold starting this week). Seniors not going to Prom must be paid in full to attend Graduation.
There will be NO MORE payment plans! Please, don’t ask for one!
Any student with a Balance on their account after June 1, 2019 will not be permitted to participate in ANY school activities, including the 2019 Fall Marching Band, until their balance is at ZERO. Again, no payment plans.
Any student wishing to be an officer MUST have their balance at ZERO prior to Drum Major Auditions or Band Elections

Color Guard

There will be a VERY BRIEF meeting for all Color Guard members (2018–19 PLUS any new members) Tuesday, April 23 at 2:00p. We should be done by 2:20.

We will begin the “Spring Training” for Fall 2019 on May 8th, 6:00p-8:30p, and continue every week at that same time. Practices will be held outside, on the Side Field or in the Parking Lot.

Drum Line

Drum Line will resume on May 1, 6p-9p, in the Band Room… and continue with one night/week spring training as well.

Drum Major Auditions

Conductor Auditions will be held within the next two weeks… TBA very soon!

Band Elections

May 23 at 2:00p. All students, including seniors may vote. I will also announce Section Leaders & Caption Heads at that point.

Band Awards

June 6, in the Cafeteria. 5p. All members of the Fall 2018 Season will receive an award.
