Parents Bus — URGENT
Currently, we only have 6 seats sold for the parents bus.
We need a few more riders to make this work
It’s about $23 each way… not bad — and you don’t have to pay Gas/Tolls!

Covid testing for Chang’s Band (no guard) & their parents/guardians & staff
Times — 4p-5:30p
please arrive as early as possible!
Filming in Stamford November 7, times TBA
Chang’s Band — MUSICIANS ONLY plus their parents & guardians
- please have LUNCH prior to arrival
- 2p — Report time at West Hill High School (on your own for transportation)
- arrive dressed “Waist Down”
- 2:15p — report to truck/get dressed (no hat) and get equipment
- 4p — Lunch (Dinner for us) provided for all students & parents & staff
The latest we can film is 10p, but the Assistant Director said we should be done between 7 & 8p.
Saturday — Nov 6, 2021
USBands Nationals — MetLife Stadium East Rutherford NJ
- 10:00a — arrive dressed Waist Down
- 11:30a — Run Thru’s
- 12:00p — load truck and busses — food delivery
- 12:30p — Depart for MetLife Stadium
- 2:30p — arrive MetLife, get uniform jackets and hats on, warm up
- 4:10 — Perform!
- 6:30 — Load the truck (separate truck for Stamford)
- 6:45p — Awards (MetLife Central — outside the stadium)
- 7:00p — depart
- 9:00p — arrive Stratford, unload, dismissed
