Greetings folks — this is a JAM PACKED newsletter — please read all!

Championship Gear

Please order your gear ASAP.

We are selling lots of shirts and jackets already!

I have asked that we get a Sample of the Jacket here by Wednesday.

Students who have older jackets, or purchase the NEW one, will have an opportunity to get the other championship years embroidery added to their jacket(s).

Band Tour #1 — Wednesday Nov 6, 2019

All students MUST bring $7 CASH (a $5 and two $1 bills — or 7 $1 bills) for “All you can eat” lunch at the Stratford Vazzy’s

7:25 AM — BHS Students arrive BHS dressed waist down, check in to period 1 for attendance, then report to the Band Room

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS will need to arrive at BHS (dressed waist down) with their instrument(s) at 7:15 AM and sign in at the front office, then report to the Band Room.

8:20 AM — SHS students will be picked up in front of the SHS Main Office
8:30 AM busses depart BHS and travel to Second Hill Lane
9 AM perform at Second Hill Lane
9:30 AM travel from Second Hill Lane to Franklin
10 AM Perform at Franklin
10:30 AM travel from Franklin to Wooster
11:15 AM Perform at Wooster
11:45 AM pick up at Wooster, then lunch at Vazzy’s in Stratford (Main St.) please advise Mr. Miller PRIOR to arrival at Vazzy should you have a special dietary restriction. We can not do “custom” meals simply because you don’t like the menu!
12:50 PM Return to BHS

One bus will bring SHS students back. Middle School students will need to provide their own transportation to and from the school.

10:30a — report — dressed waist down

1:30p — depart via school busses to MetLife

3:30p — arrive

5:30p — perform

8:00p — depart for Stratford

10:00p — Arrive Stratford

MetLife Tickets & Parent Bus

MetLife tickets will be available this week. You will get a detailed email regarding cost & process. We are looking into a Parents Bus as well, as soon as I have a price, we will include that in the email with the tickets.

Nov 28 — Thanksgiving Game @ Penders field — report time is 9AM at the field.

Indoor Drum Line & Guard to Start soon!

Indoor guard will start up Thu-November 21 from 5:30–9 @ Whitney School (5:30–6 will be a short meeting on the schedule, expectations, dues and show announcements) and Saturday-November 23 @ Whitney from 9a–4p.

Indoor Drum Line will start November 20 from 5:45p-9p @ BHS Band Room. The other practice will be December 18 from 5:45p-9p @ BHS Band Room.
