A few updates
Band Tour #1
Today was a HUGE success — three GREAT performances and the students were extremely well behaved and mature at the restaurant.
BRAVISSIMO!
Schedule for the next 2 weeks
Wednesday November 23, 2022 — Drumline at the Showcase
- Drummers will be excused at 9a to set up in the gym
- Perform at 10a as students arrive to the gym
- move equipment to the dungeon immediately following the performance
- Any Brass or woodwind player who needs their instrument transported to the game MUST drop it at the dungeon by 11:15a
Thursday November 24 — Thanksgiving Game at SHS — CHANGE
- There is no bus
- Students MUST arrive and meet NO LATER than 9:00a at Pender’s Field (Longbrook Park), dressed “Waist Down”. SHS students may wear & perform in their SHS Uniforms.
- Students will have the 3rd quarter off to purchase concessions
- Students will be dismissed from the game immediately following the end of the game (approximately 12:30p), AFTER they put away their uniform and equipment on the truck.
Monday November 28 — Band Tour #2
Parents of SHS and FMW/WMS students — please call the front office at your school to advise that your child will be with us for the day.
7:30a — Students check in for attendance
7:45a — 1 Bus & Accessible Van pick up SHS students to BHS for 8:00a
8:30AM — Walk from BHS to Whitney. Perform at 9:00AM.
9:30 AM bus pick up at Eli Whitney and travel to Chapel
10:00 AM Perform at Chapel, then walk to Flood
11:00 AM Performance at Flood
11:30 AM pick up at Flood
12p — lunch at Vazzy — bring $10 CASH
1p — return to BHS (SHS bus to SHS)
- Lunch will be at Vazzy in Stratford at noon $10 cash only both days
All Band & Guard members should attend, including Flood & Wooster students

Los bateristas saldrán a las 9 a.m. para instalarse en el gimnasio.
Actuar a las 10a cuando los estudiantes lleguen al gimnasio.

Cualquier jugador de viento de madera o metal que necesite transportar su instrumento al juego DEBE dejarlo en la mazmorra antes de las 11:15 a.m.
Jueves 24 de noviembre — Juego de Acción de Gracias en SHS — CHANGE
no hay autobús
Los estudiantes DEBEN llegar y reunirse A MÁS TARDAR a las 9:00 am en Pender’s Field (Longbrook Park), vestidos de “cintura para abajo”. Los estudiantes de SHS pueden usar y actuar con sus uniformes de SHS.
Los estudiantes tendrán el tercer trimestre libre para comprar concesiones
Los estudiantes serán despedidos del juego inmediatamente después del final del juego (aproximadamente a las 12:30 p. m.), DESPUÉS de guardar su uniforme y equipo en el camión.
Lunes 28 de noviembre — Gira de la banda #2
Padres de estudiantes de SHS y FMW/WMS por favor llamen a la oficina principal de su escuela para informar que su hijo estará con nosotros ese día.
