Rings
Anyone wishing to order a ring — there is still time. I will have a sizing kit in my office tomorrow.
Jackets
Jackets are ordered and we are hoping that they will be here before December 21. This is a new vendor, so things should be different!

Thursday November 23 — Thanksgiving Game at BHS report time — 9a
Thanksgiving Game
All students must be at the game on Thursday! We are the STATE CHAMPIONS and we need to look and sound like champions!
I understand that folks want to be with their families — so we are asking that you PLEASE leave after the game on Thursday.
9a — Report time
10a — Game Begins
at 8:00 on the clock in the 2nd quarter, SHS students move to the BHS side for warm ups.
We will perform at 1/2 time and have the 3rd 1/4 off.
Students will be dismissed from the Band Room after the game has ended.
All uniforms into the dungeon, & all instruments to the Band Room.

Make your November Payment now please!
So far, all students should have made payments totaling $450 for the 2023 Season.
If you have a red $ in PowerSchool — that means you have a balance. It may or may not be a band balance.
As long as you do not owe from a previous year, or season, you will not be withheld from purchasing dance tickets etc…
If you do have a prior balance, then you will need to make a payment and sign & return a contract prior to purchasing dance tickets etc…

Students that have a balance over $100 from the 2022–23 School year will be given contracts this week (check your email) later today. Contracts MUST be signed and returned, otherwise the student(s) will be suspended from all school activities, unless and until the contract is returned.

9a — Hora del informe
10a — El juego comienza
A las 8:00 en punto del segundo trimestre, los estudiantes de SHS se trasladan al lado de BHS para realizar calentamientos.
Actuaremos a la mitad del tiempo y tendremos el tercer 1/4 libre.
Los estudiantes saldrán de la sala de banda una vez finalizado el juego.
Todos los uniformes al calabozo y todos los instrumentos a la sala de banda.
