Midweek Updates

Greetings — some VERY important updates:

Filming in Stamford Nov 20 UPDATED

Timing for Saturday:

Arrive dressed for the “Band Practice Scene” (wear your Long-Johns — it will be cold!!!)

• 8A-4P percussion, color guard, woodwinds, & drum majors.
• 11A-7P everyone else. (Brass Players)
• Breakfast will be open for the 1st group not the second, so they should come having eaten breakfast.
• Crew lunch will be provided for all.

Pep Rally

There will be a pep rally at BHS next Wednesday

Dress is spirit Blue, Grey & Gold — Band Gear & Band Jackets

Dress in layers — it will be cold!

• Band & Guard students dismissed after Period 1
• Move equipment to the field (full pit)
• Perform as students arrive (approx 10:15a)
• Breakdown and move equipment to the dungeon after the National Anthem
• Return for the balance of the pep rally, dismissed with the rest of the school

I will inquire if the MS students will be permitted to attend

Holiday Concert

The holiday concert has been approved for a “Live Audience” for December 21st!!! Start time — 7p

It will be in the Gymnasium, and there will be some restrictions…

Filming in Stamford OUTSIDE

There will be NO BUS — students will need a parent/guardian or proxy for the day and their own transportation

• student report times will be staggered
• food will be provided for all students/parents
• students will need their uniforms PLUS several changes of clothes (see below)

we will be filming the Band Practice Field scene & the Band in the Bleachers scene.

From Disney Wardrobe:

Students-CURRENT season. Light layers, no puffy jackets. Bring your unique every day school look! You will have a few changes so bring some options for us. Shirts, button downs, cardigans, sweaters, thin jacket, casual dresses with or without leggings, jeans, chinos, shoes, jewelry, hats. Nothing dirty looking, no large rips in jeans. Patterns are great and preferred, but no tight patterns (ie close together stripes). logos are good to use, but no graphics/pictures on clothes. Bring clothing with color (ie jewel tones), just nothing bright or neon.

Disney gear is actually a no! How weird is that? College shirts are ok as long as they are official and not hand made…

Please bring the following:

• Comfortable clothes/shoes (backpack)
• your practice clothing
• all parts of your band uniform that you have (pants/shoes/socks/black tee)
• Your device(s) plus chargers
• Work to do (Homework/books etc…)

Colorguard

• your guard uniform SHOES & GLOVES only!
• make up & hair as usual

Actualizaciones entre semana
Saludos — algunas actualizaciones MUY importantes:

Filmando en Stamford el 20 de noviembre ACTUALIZADO
Horario para el sábado:
Llegue vestido para la “Escena de práctica de la banda” (use sus calzoncillos largos, ¡hará frío!)
* Percusión 8A-4P, protección de color, instrumentos de viento de madera y bateristas mayores.
* 11A-7P todos los demás.
El desayuno estará abierto para el 1er grupo, no para el segundo, por lo que deberán venir desayunando.
Se proporcionará almuerzo a la tripulación para todos.

Concierto de vacaciones
El concierto navideño ha sido aprobado para una “Audiencia en vivo” para el 21 de diciembre. Hora de inicio — 7p
Será en el Gymnasium, y habrá algunas restricciones …
Por favor, “reserve la fecha”: los detalles se seguirán lo antes posible

Estudiantes-Temporada ACTUAL. Capas ligeras, no chaquetas abullonadas. ¡Trae tu estilo escolar único para todos los días! Tendrá algunos cambios, así que traiga algunas opciones para nosotros. Camisas, botones, cárdigans, suéteres, chaqueta fina, vestidos casuales con o sin leggings, jeans, chinos, zapatos, joyas, sombreros. Nada sucio, sin grandes roturas en los jeans. Los patrones son geniales y preferidos, pero no patrones ajustados (es decir, rayas muy juntas). Los logotipos son buenos para usar, pero no hay gráficos / imágenes en la ropa. Traiga ropa con color (es decir, tonos joya), simplemente nada brillante o neón.
¡El equipo de Disney es en realidad un no! ¿Qué tan raro es eso? Las camisetas universitarias están bien siempre que sean oficiales y no estén hechas a mano …
