Greetings — and thank you for your Service to all Veterans reading this newsletter!

Weekend Wrap Up

What an AMAZING way to end an AMAZING Season! It seems like EVERY section had their BEST performance at MetLife. I’m still awaiting a score from USBands, but based on previous weeks, and the other bands in the show (and the spreads that have been between us and them all season), and listening to the judges commentary, my estimate would be between 92 & 94!

We all have MUCH to be proud of!

Band Tour #2 — Nov 12, 2019

7:25 AM-All students arrive BHS Band Room dressed Waist Down. ALL BHS STUDENTS must check in Period 1 for attendance.

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS will need to arrive at BHS (dressed waist down) with their instrument(s) at 7:15 AM and sign in at the front office, then report to the Band Room.

7:40 AM-One bus runs from SHS to BHS Pick Up at the Main Office

8:30 AM-BHS Music Department walks to Eli Whitney and sets up

9:00 AM-BHS Music Department performs at Eli Whitney

9:30 AM-Buses pick up BHS Music students and travels to Flood Middle School

10:15 AM-Chapel students walk to Flood Middle School and BHS Music Department performs for Chapel students in Flood Gymnasium

11:00 AM-Performance for Flood students

11:30-Pack up and leave for lunch at Vazzy’s Main Street in Stratford Board of Education

12:45 PM-Depart Vazzy’s and return students to BHS (one bus returns students to SHS)

All orders are in and I ordered extra Tees… we sold 90 Tees and about 110 Jackets! No guarantee for Christmas Delivery — but the order is in, and they will rush!
