8:45a — Arrive BHS Side Field Dressed “Waist Down” (Uniform Pants, Socks & Shoes).
9:00a — Rehearsal in the stadium
10:00a — Run Thru
10:45a — load & pack & depart for New Britain
11:45p — Arrive New Britain, unload, warm up
1:45p — Perform
2:15p — Awards
2:30 — Depart for Stratford
3:30 — Arrive, unload, dismissed!
