Cavalcade is on OUTSIDE!
It looks like the rain will end around 3p…
We will start the show at 4p, and we picked up another band!

11:00a — Report BHS — dressed waist down at the BAND ROOM
rehearsal on the side field or inside or stadium, depending on the weather
12:30p — “snack” break (bring food) Ninjas Report
3:30p — Perform for the Middle School Students
4:00p — Cavalcade Begins — students stay in full uniform ALL DAY
7:00p — Perform!
7:10p — Senior Recognition
7:30p — Awards
8:00p — All equipment to the Band Room
8:15p — Dismissed

We need Tables and Tents! Please bring them if you have them tomorrow at 11a to the parents.
Also — set up tomorrow will be a challenge — PLEASE, if you are available — arrive at the fieldhouse at the stadium to lend a hand at 11a tomorrow.

Students that have a balance over $100 from the 2022–23 School year will be given contracts this week (check your email) later today. Contracts MUST be signed and returned, otherwise the student(s) will be suspended from all school activities, unless and until the contract is returned.
