All required medical release forms will be done electronically this year.

The MEDICATION form is a PAPER form that requires a physician's signature. Please print that form and return it ASAP, ONLY if you need it!
Please use a PDF reader to fill in the form, then “Save As” with your child’s LAST NAME first, then FIRST NAME, then Medical Form 2020.
Example: MillerJimMedicalform2020 (no spaces)

Tomorrow, I will send out the Drill sheets and the sectional sheets. Students will need to download onto a device and have ready for Thursday

Instruments
All students at BHS should plan on bringing their instruments into school this week. Students may leave them at school ONLY from Thursday night to Friday morning (Cohort B) OR — Cohort B can leave their instruments in school from Thursday in class through Thursday night, then bring them home again.
The “Pit Crew” parents will move ALL podiums and LARGE percussion instruments to and from the field. Battery members will move their own equipment. All instruments will be wiped down before & after each move.
Music Stands & Wind Clips
We would prefer that all Students have their own personal music stand, to avoid having to move stands from the band room. They are relatively inexpensive:
Students should also bring “Wind Clips” (clothes pins) as well.
