Cavalcade Ad Book DEADLINE
for submissions is this THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3rd. If ads are not turned in by Thursday night by the of band practice, THEY WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE BOOK.
All submissions MUST be complete, including…
- A print-out of the ad
- The ad form
- AND payment
If you are submitting ads electronically, you still need to let Lucia know and make sure that all of the supporting information (ad form, payment) are also submitted and accounted for. There have been a lot of partial submissions over the past few weeks. If you have done this, PLEASE make sure that the payments and the ad forms are turned in, too.
We need to make sure that ALL ads are paid for…AND…all students receive proper fund-raising credit for ALL ads.
If you have ANY QUESTIONS, please let us know IMMEDIATELY!!!
