Band Notes 1–5–2022

Greetings — here’s the scoop:

Indoor Guard & Drumline

Indoor Season will resume on January 18 (Guard) and 19 (Drumline)

We will advise if we can start sooner.

All students are encouraged to learn their parts at home to prepare for when we resume.

Indoor Drumline Parts

Indoor Drumline can access parts here — theyhave been revised as of this morning to include the end of Part 1. There are also audio files available as well.

Disney Checks

All students should have received their Disney paychecks.

Keep in mind, there is a flat rate for “X” hours, then an additional amount for overtime. This is why the final 4 checks will seem lower (hourly) compared to the first “rehearsal” check that everyone received several weeks back.

Band Jacket Order

I have reached out to BSN to learn when our jacket order will be delivered. Supply chain issues have affected this industry as well. Please be patient — hopefully soon!

Marching Band Fall Season Payments

All students should have completed their $425 in fund raising by this point — please make a payment NOW if you are not caught up! (We need to pay our staff & vendors!!!)

Cheques de Disney
Todos los estudiantes deberían haber recibido sus cheques de pago de Disney.
Tenga en cuenta que hay una tarifa fija por “X” horas, luego una cantidad adicional por horas extra. Esta es la razón por la que los últimos 4 cheques parecerán más bajos (por hora) en comparación con el primer cheque de “ensayo” que todos recibieron hace varias semanas.

Orden de la chaqueta de la banda
Me comuniqué con BSN para saber cuándo se entregará nuestro pedido de chaqueta. Los problemas de la cadena de suministro también han afectado a esta industria. Por favor, tenga paciencia, ¡ojalá pronto!

Pagos de la temporada de otoño de Marching Band
