Weekend Updates — IMPORTANT!
Indoor Drumline Sectionals
ALL indoor drumline members are invited to attend a sectional at BHS from 10a-12p TOMORROW. Please, if you are available — the staff will be there to help you out!
Mandatory Meeting!
There will be a MANDATORY meeting for ALL TRAVELERS plus any PARENT/GUARDIAN of a traveler next Thursday, FEBRUARY 2, in the BHS Auditorium from 6:30p-7:30p
ANY student attending the trip MUST have ONE parent at the meeting.

Pants, Socks, Shirts & Gloves Drop Off
All students MUST drop off their Band Pants, Shoes, Black Socks, Gloves & Undershirt (Cresthill if you have it) to the dungeon at 6p on Feb 2 prior to the meeting.
WE MUST have all of those items PACKED and READY to go, BEFORE we load the tuck on Feb 10.
Can Shake Fund Raisers
Currently, There are only 14 students on Saturday and 10 on Sunday signed up and we need them to sign up for this to be a successful fundraiser. There is potential to raise a good amount of money, but we need full participation from the students.
We have planned for a Can Shake Fundraiser occurring this weekend, Saturday 1/28/23 & Sunday, 1/29/23 from 8am-4pm (2 hours shifts) at two different locations (Dunkin Donuts, 3852 Main St, Paradise Green and 100 Hawley Lane in Trumbull, Hawley Lane Mall).
All Marching Band and Guard students must sign up for one or more shifts. We also need a minimum of one parent per shift. We will have posters, jars and ask for monetary donations to help support the band trip to California. All donations received will be divided among all students attending the trip. Please contact Christina Ramos with any questions.

Color Guard Friends/Family preview
This Saturday, we will have a Friends/Family preview performance of the show, starting at 4p at BHS Main Gym!
Trip Practice — Feb 7
There will be ONE PRACTICE for ALL Student Performers (including Alumni) on February 7 from 6p-9p at BHS (it’s the only night we could get the Gym). All student performers MUST attend this ONE practice.

- December 22, 2022 — $50 non-refundable deposit
- January 15, 2023–1/2 the trip cost

Recaudadores de fondos Can Shake
Actualmente, solo hay 14 estudiantes registrados el sábado y 10 el domingo y necesitamos que se registren para que esto sea una recaudación de fondos exitosa. Hay potencial para recaudar una buena cantidad de dinero, pero necesitamos la participación total de los estudiantes.
Hemos planeado una recaudación de fondos de Can Shake este fin de semana, sábado 28/01/23 y domingo 29/01/23 de 8 am a 4 pm (turnos de 2 horas) en dos lugares diferentes (Dunkin Donuts, 3852 Main St, Paradise Green y 100 Hawley Lane en Trumbull, Hawley Lane Mall).
Todos los estudiantes de Marching Band and Guard deben inscribirse en uno o más turnos. También necesitamos un mínimo de un padre por turno. Tendremos carteles, frascos y pediremos donaciones monetarias para ayudar a apoyar el viaje de la banda a California.
