Tomorrow at NOON is the LAST day to get on the trip. After that, it’s possible but not guaranteed…
Cancellation
If you cancel between now and February 1 — you will lose the Airfare (approx $600). If you cancel after Feb 1 — you will lose the entire amount of the trip!
Pit Players
All Pit Players please fill out this short survey ASAP
We have more pit players than we have instruments. PLUS we need to people to carry the Banner in front of the Band, and 2 people to pull the electronics cart in the Disney Parade.
Also — we need to see if you need to order Band Shoes!
Uniform Fitting
There will be a Uniform Fitting for ALL Pit Players and Drum Majors on a Wednesday night in the near future. Times and Day TBA

Payment Due THIS WEEK!
All TRAVELERS should have 1/2 the trip payments in by Sunday, Jan 15!
($1044 total for students)
Methods of payment:
- You can pay from your student credits
- You can pay with received donations
- You can send in a check to Bunnell HS (made out to Bunnell Marching Band with the student’s name and “trip payment” in the memo space

- You can use any combination!
It’s important to send in your payment and stay on schedule, as we have to pay the tour operator, who will in turn pay the Hotel & Airline etc…
If you wish to use your student credits
please email <bsbandguardacct@gmail.com> and request that your credits be transferred. You can also determine the status of your account by sending a request. Please bear in mind — we have parent volunteers helping with the accounting etc… please be patient!

Cancelación
Si cancela entre ahora y el 1 — de febrero, perderá el billete de avión (aproximadamente $600). Si cancela después del 1 de febrero, ¡perderá el monto total del viaje!
